Audrey Burger is the founder of Pace Setters, a consulting firm that helps emerging consumer brands scale with discipline and endurance.

Before founding Pace Setters, Audrey served as President of Primal Kitchen, the $250M+ natural leader, where she led a team of 85+ and delivered double-digit profitable growth. Earlier in her career, she built her foundation in classical brand management at Kraft Heinz, managing household brands across the frozen aisle.

Known for blending operator rigor with founder empathy, Audrey partners with growth-stage brands and investors to strengthen the systems behind scale — from brand strategy and innovation pipelines to operational excellence and exit readiness.
